Our fresh, cream-line, raw milk is only sold on-site at our Clover Mead Cafe & Farmstore. It is the only 100% grass-fed raw milk in the Adirondacks. Our milk comes in half-gallon, quart, or pint wide-mouth mason jars, which can be returned for a bottle deposit. You will notice that the milk changes slightly in color and cream-line as the cows go from pasture to hay throughout the year.

We are inspected by NYS Agriculture & Markets Dairy Divisions, and follow a well-developed Food Safety Plan, approved by the NYS Grown & Certified program.

Pricing:

$10 per half gallon, including $3 per jar deposit ($7 for the milk)

$6.50 per quart, including $2 per jar deposit ($4.50 for the milk)

Winter 2026 bottling times: Mondays & Thursday, 3pm or later. Please limit pick up to 6-8 jars per trip. Sorry, we cannot reserve jars for you at this time.
