The  Highland is our newest cheese, named after the local gorgeous Highland Road, overlooking Lake Champlain. Highland is semi-soft, buttery, and mildy sharp.

Our Dill Havarti is made with FRESH organic dill! 

Havarti is a delicious mild fresh cheese perfect for melting. 

Camembert is a brie-like, spreadable or sliceable cheese with a velvety rind.

Available seasonally.

Pepper Jack is a mildly spiced party cheese.

Our Feta comes in a block which you can crumble onto salad, melt onto quiche, or many other options! It's made with our cows milk, so it is more mild than sheep or goat milk feta.
