OUR RESPONSE TO CORONAVIRUS

Dear Friends,

Here at North Country Creamery, our mission is to make healthy milk, yogurt, and cheese for our community. One of the ways we do this is by following a strict food safety plan, complete with sanitation, good manufacturing, and environmental monitoring practices. The CDC and FDA have assured the public that COVID-19 is not currently known to be transmitted through food or food packaging. That being said, we have still decided to review our food safety plan, and enacted even stricter sanitation protocols at this time.

Our on-farm store, Clover Mead Cafe & Farmstore, will remain open until further notice.

 

We are cleaning and disinfecting all surfaces that are frequently touched, such as handles, the iPad check out kiosk, cash box, and more, several times throughout the day. We have placed a container of sanitizer wipes on the counter in case you want to go the extra step and clean any of these surfaces yourself.

You can stock up on our probiotic-rich yogurt, nutrient-dense milk and cheeses, and other local and nourishing goods, 7 days a week, 7am-7pm. If you are not feeling well, we please ask that you stay home and ask a friend, family member, or neighbor to do your shopping instead--we will do the same.

Finally, take some time to think of something you appreciate while vigorously washing your hands, frequently, throughout the day-- again, we promise to do the same.
